Online Test/Quiz
Instructions and Guidelines
Read, understand, and follow these directions carefully. You will receive credit for your work only if you follow these directions correctly.
This test is an open-note, open-textbook test. You can use any printed reference material including online resources. You ARE NOT allowed to consult with other students or any other individual about the online test. The answers should be your own work and the results of your efforts to gather the materials to formulate your answers.
The test will be available for a five day period (Wednesday through Sunday). You will receive your results as soon as you submit your answers. Allow 24 hours between submissions. This allows you to process your responses on your first submission and then make changes accordingly.
You are allowed 2 online submissions during the test period. The test will offline for 24 hours after the entire class has submitted their first submission. Use these time to reflect on your answers and prepare for your second submission. If you received an A on your first submission you can simply submit the same responses on your second submission.
You are strongly encouraged to use both opportunities to do your best. The average of both submissions will be counted as the grade. BE SURE TO PROVIDE TWO SUBMISSIONS.
The online testing program sends your test results to your teacher’s email address along with details of each of your answers. You will receive an email informing you of your score BUT not which answers are correct and which are incorrect. Your IP address is tracked to identify from where you are logging onto the test.

Once you access the test, you will see two fields you need to complete. Follow the directions below COMPLETELY so that all required information is entered.
